By downloading or playing 1000G to Go Home you agree to these terms. They supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
Studio Uchu grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use 1000G to Go Home on Apple devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment.
1000G to Go Home is a paid app, bought once on the App Store. There are no in-app purchases: the price includes the whole game. It is sold and refunded by Apple under its terms.
Do not copy, modify, redistribute, sell or reverse engineer the app or its content, except where the law expressly allows it.
1000G to Go Home is provided “as is”. We work to keep it fun and free of bugs but cannot guarantee it will always work without interruption or error.
To the extent permitted by law, Studio Uchu is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the app, including lost game progress.
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
