By downloading or playing DROP//SAFE you agree to these terms. They supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
Studio Uchu grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DROP//SAFE on Apple devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. Videos and design codes of your own play are yours to share.
DROP//SAFE Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks the content described on the Pro screen. It is sold and refunded by Apple under its terms, and can be restored with the same Apple Account.
Do not copy, modify, redistribute, sell or reverse engineer the app or its content, except where the law expressly allows it.
The game, its missions, artwork and sounds are owned by Studio Uchu. The 3D art is rendered from code in Blender and the sounds are synthesized in code; parts of the game were made with the help of AI tools.
DROP//SAFE is provided “as is”. We work to keep it fun and free of bugs but cannot guarantee it will always work without interruption or error.
To the extent permitted by law, Studio Uchu is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the app, including lost game progress.
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
