Terms of Use — VoiceBudget

Last updated: June 12, 2026

These Terms describe your use of VoiceBudget / Voice Budget ("the App"), developed by Studio Uchu. The App is licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless Apple or Studio Uchu provides a different agreement for your region.

Apple Standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

1. The App

VoiceBudget helps you record and review personal expenses. You can enter expenses by voice, confirm parsed details, review history, view summaries, choose a currency, and adjust app appearance.

2. Voice Input

The App uses microphone and speech recognition permission only to transcribe expenses when you actively start recording. Studio Uchu does not receive raw microphone audio. Transcription is handled by Apple's speech recognition technologies, which may operate on-device where supported or through Apple's speech recognition service.

3. Purchases

4. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

5. Optional Studio Uchu AI

Studio Uchu AI is optional. Normal expense recording and history review do not require an account or subscription. When you request AI budget advice, the App sends a spending summary and generated prompt to Studio Uchu AI for processing. We do not store full expense history or conversation content on our servers. See the Privacy Policy and Studio Uchu AI — Data & Privacy page.

6. Account Deletion

If you use Studio Uchu AI, you can delete the membership account link and usage metadata from within the App. Deleting this account does not cancel your Apple subscription; cancellation is managed from your Apple Account subscription settings.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the App, bypass usage limits, or submit illegal, harmful, or confidential content to AI features. AI output may be inaccurate and should not be treated as financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

8. Disclaimer

The App and any AI features are provided "as is" without warranty. Studio Uchu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
