App: VoiceBudget / Voice Budget (VoiceKakeibo)

VoiceBudget is a voice-first budgeting app. Expense records, settings, currency preferences, themes, and local analytics are stored on your device by default. Studio Uchu does not run advertising or third-party tracking in the core app. Microphone and speech recognition are used only when you choose voice input. Optional Studio Uchu AI advice sends only the spending summary you request.
To provide the budgeting features, VoiceBudget stores the following locally in the app's sandbox:
This core budget data is not transmitted to Studio Uchu by normal expense recording, history, settings, or analytics features. You can delete it by deleting entries in the app or removing the app from your device.
VoiceBudget asks for microphone and speech recognition permission so you can record expenses by speaking. Audio is used only while recording is active. Speech transcription is handled through Apple's speech recognition technologies; where supported, on-device recognition may be used, and otherwise Apple's speech recognition service may process the audio according to Apple's terms and privacy practices. Studio Uchu does not receive raw microphone audio.
VoiceBudget parses speech transcripts into amount, category, date, and memo using local rules and, on compatible systems, Apple's on-device Foundation Models. This parsing is performed on your device and does not send your expense text to Studio Uchu.
VoiceBudget includes optional budget advice powered by the shared Studio Uchu AI membership. No account or sign-in is required to purchase or use this feature in VoiceBudget. When you request advice, the app sends a spending summary for the selected period, such as totals by category and the generated prompt, over HTTPS to our Cloudflare Worker and US-based AI providers configured for Zero Data Retention. Studio Uchu does not store conversation content or full expense history on its servers.

No account is required for normal expense tracking, Studio Uchu AI purchases, or Studio Uchu AI use in VoiceBudget. The app can create an anonymous membership session for subscription access. Sign in with Apple is optional and is used only if you choose to link Studio Uchu AI access across supported devices or participating Studio Uchu apps. Optional subscriptions and the one-time supporter purchase are processed by Apple's App Store. Studio Uchu does not receive your payment card information or Apple ID password. You can delete the optional Studio Uchu AI account link and usage metadata from within the app; subscription cancellation is managed separately in your Apple Account subscription settings.
VoiceBudget does not contain advertising SDKs or third-party tracking. The app's privacy manifest declares no tracking and no collected data types for the core app.
VoiceBudget is intended for personal budgeting and is not directed to children under 13. The core app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this Privacy Policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a revised effective date.
