By downloading or playing Seed Stack you agree to these terms. They supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
Studio Uchu grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Seed Stack on Apple devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment.
Do not copy, modify, redistribute, sell or reverse engineer the app or its content, except where the law expressly allows it.
The game, its artwork, sounds and announcer voice are owned by or licensed to Studio Uchu. Some artwork and the announcer voice were created with AI tools.
Seed Stack is provided “as is”. We work to keep it fun and free of bugs but cannot guarantee it will always work without interruption or error.
To the extent permitted by law, Studio Uchu is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the app, including lost game progress.
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
