Musician Practice Planner is local-first. We do not run any servers, do not collect any personal information, and do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking. Your performances, repertoire, and practice records are stored on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, that data may sync across your own devices through your private iCloud (Apple) — we never see it. The app uses your calendar and notifications only with your permission, and purchases are processed by Apple.
None. Studio Uchu does not collect any personal data or usage data from you. There is no account, no sign-in, no telemetry, and no advertising. The app does not access your contacts, location, microphone, camera, or photos.
To make the app work, the following is stored on your device in a local database:
If you are signed in to iCloud, the app uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data across your own devices and keep a private backup. This data lives in your private iCloud database, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Studio Uchu has no access to it and operates no server. To stop syncing, sign out of iCloud or disable iCloud for the app in your device settings.
Only if you enable calendar sync, and only with your permission, the app reads your calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts and writes practice events to a dedicated practice calendar. This stays within your own calendar (and your iCloud, if enabled). We never collect or transmit your calendar data.
If you allow notifications, the app schedules local reminders on your device (today's practice menu, upcoming sessions, and preparation alerts). These are generated on-device and are not sent through any server.
The optional premium subscription is sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your name, payment card, or billing details. Apple's terms and privacy policy apply to the transaction.
The app can generate a practice report and a data backup file. These are shared only when you choose to, via the standard share sheet, to the destination you pick (for example, a message to your teacher). We are not involved in that transfer.
The app contains no advertising, no analytics, no tracking technologies, and no third-party SDKs that collect data about you.
The only third party involved is Apple, for optional iCloud sync (your private database) and App Store purchases. Studio Uchu does not share your information with anyone, because we do not collect it.
The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
If this Privacy Policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a revised effective date.
