By downloading or playing Don't Spill the Cup! you agree to these terms. They supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
Studio Uchu grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Don't Spill the Cup! on Apple devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. Clips you record of your own play are yours to share.
Pro and Founder are one-time purchases that unlock the content described on the purchase screen. They are sold and refunded by Apple under its terms, and can be restored with the same Apple Account.
Do not copy, modify, redistribute, sell or reverse engineer the app or its content, except where the law expressly allows it.
The game, its levels, artwork and sounds are owned by Studio Uchu. The voxel art and sounds are generated in code; parts of the game and its levels were made with the help of AI tools.
Don't Spill the Cup! is provided “as is”. We work to keep it fun and free of bugs but cannot guarantee it will always work without interruption or error.
To the extent permitted by law, Studio Uchu is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the app, including lost game progress.
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
