Don't Spill the Cup! is a physics puzzle game that runs entirely on your iPhone. It has no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. Studio Uchu does not collect, receive, sell or share any information about you or how you play. The game itself does not send anything over the internet; purchases are handled by Apple.
None. Don't Spill the Cup! does not collect personal data, identifiers, location, contacts, usage data or diagnostics, and does not require sign-in.
To keep your game, the app stores the following only on your iPhone: cleared levels and stars, your results and streak for Today's Puzzle, the last level you played, and which hints you have seen. It is never sent to Studio Uchu. Deleting the app removes it.
Each shake is recorded as a short video of the game scene, kept in the app's temporary storage on your iPhone and replaced by the next shake. A clip leaves the app only when you tap Share and choose where it goes. If you choose Save Video, iOS asks for permission to add it to your Photos; the app never reads your photo library.
Pro and Founder are optional one-time In-App Purchases processed by Apple. Studio Uchu never receives your payment details. Your purchases are tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on the paywall. The app shows no ads.
If you choose to share analytics or crash reports with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may provide Studio Uchu with aggregated, anonymous statistics under Apple's own privacy policy.
Don't Spill the Cup! is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no information, it collects none from children.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
