Help for Disker: Storage Cleaner on macOS. Last updated: June 22, 2026.
Open Disker, choose Home, Downloads, Applications, Developer Cache, or Choose Folder, then grant macOS folder access if prompted. Disker scans locally and shows storage usage, search results, item details, and cleanup candidates.
Disker moves selected items to the macOS Trash only after review. It does not permanently delete files, does not auto-clean, and keeps protected system and app data out of casual cleanup.
If a folder cannot be scanned, choose it again with Choose Folder and confirm macOS access. Cloud storage roots may be skipped to avoid provider delays. If the app window is closed, use Window > Show Disker Window to reopen it.
